What to include

If it is about your account or a payment, write from the address the account uses. That saves us asking you to prove it is yours, and it is the fastest way to get a refund processed.

If a question looks wrong, send us the question code shown under it. We reproduce DVSA’s revision material and we are responsible for the accuracy of that reproduction, so a report of a mistake in it is genuinely useful rather than a complaint we have to absorb.

Common things, answered here

Refunds. Within 14 days, email us and we refund you, no explanation needed. See the refund policy.

Cancelling a subscription. Sign in and cancel from the pricing page. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Deleting your data. Email us from the account address and we will delete it. The privacy policy explains what goes and what we have to keep.

Booking your real test. That is done through GOV.UK. We cannot book, move or cancel a test for you, and we are not the booking service.
